Terms & Conditions

• Check-in is from 2 pm. If there is no booking prior to your arrival, then check-in is whenever you arrive (which it usually is).
• Check-out is at 11 am. If there are no arrivals on the next day of your departure, then the check-out time is flexible.
• We are not able to welcome pets at the apartment.
• We are not able to accommodate for parties or events at the apartment. 
• Villa Emanuelle is a strictly no-smoking apartment, as per the regulations of the Tourism Authority of Mauritius.
• Meals are refundable if cancelled 2 days prior to the reservation made.
• Transfers are to be paid in cash on arrival (local and foreign currencies are accepted).
